Navigating the LTB Process: Any Guidance Appreciated?

I'm an empty nester trying to downsize from my family home to a smaller condo. I'm feeling quite lost with the LTB process and the T2/T6 forms. Has anyone had experiences with these forms and hearings? I'm determined to advocate for myself, but I could really use some clarity and support.
