Is the Scotiabank at Blackfriar Ave and Fifteenth St still open?

I used to rely on the Scotiabank at Blackfriar Ave and Fifteenth St for all my banking needs. Now that my kids are off doing their own thing, I'm considering downsizing and moving closer to that area. Just wondering if the bank is still around and if there are nearby rental options.
