Rents Are Skyrocketing and I'm Losing My Mind!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just found a decent one-bedroom for $3000, and now the landlord wants $400 more after a year?! I can’t even with this market. Almost got outbid again – it feels like a race I can't win!
