Bidding Wars in Toronto: So Frustrating!

I can’t take this anymore! It feels like a nightmare with all these sealed bids for rentals. Just when I think I’ve made a decent offer, I hear someone swooped in with a higher bid. How do I even know how much to offer without losing my mind? Any tips on strategy to stand out would be appreciated!
