Is the McDonald's at Pears Ave and Brock Ave still there?

I used to swing by the McDonald's at Pears Ave and Brock Ave pretty often. I'm curious if it's still open since it was such a staple in the area. Also, I'm looking for affordable housing nearby and would love to know if there are any apartments close to that spot! Anyone have updates?
