Hey everyone, I'm considering a 1-bedroom apartment in Leslieville for $2800. I've heard mixed reviews about prices in the area. It's a great space, but I'm not sure if I'm overpaying or if this is standard for the neighborhood now. Any thoughts or experiences to share?
