What happened to the Starbucks at Boultbee Ave and Lee Ave?

I've been in Toronto for years, and the Starbucks at Boultbee Ave and Lee Ave used to be my regular spot. I'm curious if it's still open or if it closed down like so many others. This area has changed quite a bit lately, and I'm wondering how it's affecting local businesses.
