Is my building rent controlled? Need help understanding rules!

Hi everyone! I live in a building in Kensington Market and I’m trying to figure out if it's rent controlled. My rent just went up to $2100 for a 1-bedroom, and I’m not sure if this is legal under the current rules. Can anyone clarify how rent control works in Ontario? Thanks!
