Need advice on rentals in the East Danforth area!

Hi everyone! I'm relocating to Toronto and considering the East Danforth neighborhood for a rental. I've seen a few listings around $2200 for 2-bedroom apartments. Is that a reasonable price? Also, what’s the transit situation like there? Any tips for finding good places? Appreciate your insights!
