What happened to the Coffee shop at Lowther Ave and Minerva Ave?

I’ve been living in the area for a while and the Coffee shop at Lowther Ave and Minerva Ave was my go-to spot for morning brews and a quick snack. I’m really curious if it’s still open, especially since I'm considering renting an apartment nearby. Any updates from locals?
