Downsizing for WFH: What Space Do You Need?

As an empty nester transitioning to a condo in Toronto, I'm curious about the space requirements for working from home. Is 500 sqft enough, or do I need a dedicated office? I wonder if a studio would be too small to accommodate a comfortable WFH setup. Thoughts?
