Anyone else feeling unsettled in Bloorcourt lately?

I've been browsing rentals in Bloorcourt, and honestly, the prices are getting wild. What's with the weird lease clauses stating no noise after 9 PM? And I swear I've seen at least three new buildings popping up on Bloor. Is this rapid change normal, or should I be cautious about the area?
