moving day logistics - elevator booking and fees

I'm preparing for moving day in my new Toronto apartment and feeling a bit lost with all the building rules. What are the typical requirements for booking an elevator? Are there common move-in fees or restrictions on timing that I should know about? Parking for the moving truck is also a concern!
