Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? It feels like the city is playing a cruel joke on us. Landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! I viewed 15 places and all were taken within hours. It's so frustrating! Just got outbid again! This market is impossible!
