Need help breaking my lease early - stressed for options

I'm really feeling trapped in my lease and need to get out early. My situation has changed, and I'm exploring options like subletting or using an N11 agreement to escape without penalties. Has anyone succeeded with landlord cooperation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
