Is the Chinese restaurant at Lomond Dr and Bay St still open?

I used to grab takeout from the Chinese restaurant at Lomond Dr and Bay St all the time, especially when I was on a tight budget. I'm curious if it's still around since that place really helped out the local community. Anyone know if it's still operational or has it closed down?
