What's going on with TD Bank at Eighth St and Kenrae Rd?

I used to pop into the TD Bank at Eighth St and Kenrae Rd all the time, but I haven't seen it around lately. Anyone know if it's still open? I'm also looking for affordable housing nearby and need campus transit access, so any info would help!
