Can landlords restrict smoking and cannabis use in condos?

I'm really curious about smoking policies in Toronto rentals. Can landlords ban smoking or vaping within the building or on balconies? Are there designated smoking areas? Plus, what are the rules around cannabis use in condos? Any insights would be appreciated!
