Is the Chinese restaurant at Niagara St and A Birchlea Ave still open?

I've been craving some good Chinese food and I just can't remember if that restaurant at Niagara St and A Birchlea Ave is still there. It used to be my go-to spot! If anyone knows if it's still open, I’d love to hear about it. Also, is there anything nearby worth looking for rentals?
