I'm in a tough spot trying to secure a new place in Toronto as my lease ends soon. The $5000 deposit is impossible to afford right now! I’m looking for payment plans, deposit assistance programs, or any tips on saving. Can anyone share alternatives to cover these fees? Stress levels are high!
