Is the Starbucks at Petman Ave and Rosewell Ave still open?

I used to love grabbing my morning coffee at the Starbucks at Petman Ave and Rosewell Ave. It's such a convenient spot for locals. Has anyone been by recently to know if it’s still there? I’m considering moving nearby and would love to know about the neighborhood vibe!
