Is it just me or are rents still climbing in Toronto?

I've noticed that rental prices in downtown Toronto are still on an upward trajectory, especially in areas like the Fashion District and East Bayfront. With new developments popping up, the demand for well-located units with modern amenities seems to be pushing prices higher, no surprise there!
