My commute is a nightmare!

I live in Scarborough and commute downtown daily. With traffic, my commute can reach up to two hours each way, and honestly, it's draining. I’m thinking of moving closer to the subway, but the rent jump is a bit scary. Anyone have tips on balancing rent with commute times?
