Is the CIBC at Gower St and Eva Rd still open?

I've been wondering about the CIBC at Gower St and Eva Rd. Is it still around? It was really convenient for banking, and I miss that spot. Also, are there any apartments nearby? I’m looking for something within walking distance if it's still there.
