Need help finding a rental in the Beaches area!

Hey everyone, my lease is ending in a week and I’m really stressed about finding a place. I’ve been looking in the Beaches but the prices seem high—around $2,500 for a one-bedroom. Is that normal for this area? Any tips on navigating the rental market right now would be hugely appreciated!
