What's up with the rental scene in Parkdale lately?

Parkdale is definitely evolving! I’ve noticed a lot of new cafes and boutiques popping up, which is attracting a younger crowd. But rent prices have been creeping up too. Anyone else feel like the charm is still there, or is it getting too trendy too fast? Always loved this area for its diversity!
