Rosedale vs. Leaside: Which neighborhood suits families better?

I'm weighing the pros and cons of Rosedale and Leaside for my family. Rosedale has some excellent schools and spacious homes but can be pricey. Leaside, on the other hand, offers more affordable rentals and good safety, but how do their school options stack up? Would love to hear your experiences!
