Concerns About Noise During Apartment Renovations

I’ve noticed some ongoing renovations in my building and am concerned about the construction noise disrupting my daily routine. How much notice should landlords provide before starting work, and what measures can I take if the noise becomes too disruptive? Any insight on this would be appreciated!
