Urgent help! Facing eviction in Kensington Market

I recently received an eviction notice from my landlord in Kensington Market, claiming I'm behind on rent. I've been paying on time, but I think they want to raise the rent unfairly. What are my rights as a tenant in Ontario, and what should I do to fight this? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
