Is the Annex still the place to be?

I used to think the Annex was where it’s at, but lately, it feels a bit different. Rent prices are sky-high compared to a few years ago, and I hear more families are moving in, which changes the vibe. Anyone have thoughts on how the neighborhood’s evolved recently?
