Is my landlord allowed to enter without proper notice?

I feel really uncomfortable with my landlord entering my unit without giving the required notice. Isn’t there a law about notifying tenants before coming in? It seems like my privacy is being violated, and I'm not sure how to address this situation. What are my rights as a tenant?
