Fridge broken for weeks - whose responsibility is this?

I've been waiting for my landlord to fix my fridge for weeks now, and it's getting ridiculous! I keep asking them to take care of it, but nothing happens. What are my rights as a tenant? How fast must they repair broken appliances? I feel like I'm stuck with no options.
