Questions About Ongoing Landlord Renovations and Noise Levels

I've been experiencing significant construction noise due to renovations in my building. Are landlords required to inform tenants about the schedule for repairs? Additionally, will the rent be adjusted during this period, or is it expected that we manage the disruption as part of our lease?
