Toronto Transit Deals: Condo vs Apartment Amidst Construction

Hey everyone! With the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT construction happening, I'm curious if anyone has scored rental discounts near those zones. Are condos or apartment buildings offering better deals? I see the inconvenience but wonder if the proximity to transit makes it worth it.
