Confused about rent control in my downtown Toronto building

Hi everyone! I live in a condo on Adelaide near Spadina, and I’m trying to figure out if my unit is rent controlled. My rent is $1,950/month, and I’m seeing similar units going for around $2,400. Are there specific guidelines I should look into? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
