Liberty Village vs. Queen West: Where Should I Rent?

I'm torn between Liberty Village and Queen West. Liberty feels more modern with lots of amenities, but Queen West has that artsy vibe and great local shops. Which neighborhood offers a better community feel? Any thoughts on which building options might suit a tenant better?
