Stressed Out Over Absurd Rent Increases!

Another rent increase, seriously? How do they expect us to keep up? I just got hit with a $400 increase in one year WTF! Landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! This market is impossible, and I’m so sick of bidding wars. I viewed 15 places and they were all taken within hours. Ugh!
