Is the Pizza Pizza at Falstaff Ave and Greenfield Ave still open?

I used to grab slices from the Pizza Pizza at Falstaff Ave and Greenfield Ave whenever I was in the area. It's been a bit since I last visited, and I was wondering if it’s still around. Also, are there any nice places to rent nearby? Looking to settle in this area while I'm studying.
