Considering condos in the Beaches - advice needed!

Hi everyone! I’m in my late 50s and my kids have finally moved out. I’m looking to downsize from my house to a condo. Thinking about the Beaches area, but is $3200 for a 1-bedroom condo reasonable? Also, how's the vibe in winter around there? Any tips or experiences would be appreciated!
