Moving to Toronto - Need Help Finding Rent Near Subway Lines

Hi everyone! I'm relocating to Toronto in January for a new job and I really want to live near a TTC subway line for easy commuting. I’m considering areas like Riverside and Leslieville. Can anyone recommend good rental options? Also, what's a decent budget for a one-bedroom? Thanks!
