Rental Nightmare: A Frustrated Tenant's Rant

Another rent increase, seriously?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just got outbid AGAIN on a place that was decent, and I can't stand how landlords think they can charge $2800 for a bachelor pad with terrible conditions. This market is impossible to navigate and I'm exhausted from the chase.
