Need advice on parking costs when renting in Downtown Toronto

I'm planning to move to downtown Toronto next month and I'm looking at a few apartments in the St. Lawrence Market area. Can anyone share how much I should expect to pay extra for parking? Is $200/month typical, or should I budget more? I'd love any tips on specific buildings too!
