Is the Convenience store at Albert Ave and Harvie Ave still open?

I used to pick up snacks from the Convenience store at Albert Ave and Harvie Ave all the time, and it was a lifesaver for late-night cravings. I've been looking for short-term rentals nearby and I'm curious if it's still around or if something new has taken its place. Any locals know?
