Anyone living in Queen West these days?

I’ve been hearing mixed things about renting in Queen West lately. Some say it’s still the hip spot with great vibes, while others mention it’s becoming overpriced. What do people think of the amenities and safety around here? Worth looking into, or should I explore elsewhere?
