Need advice on a rent increase in Leslieville

Hi everyone, I just received a notice that my landlord wants to raise the rent on my one-bedroom apartment from $1,700 to $1,900 starting in February. I’ve heard that there are rules about how much they can increase rents in Ontario. Is this increase legal? What are my options if it’s not?
