Ideal Space for WFH: What Size Apartment Do You Need?

I'm searching for an apartment in Toronto while working from home. What size do you think would be suitable for a dedicated office? Would a studio feel too cramped for WFH? Anything under 500 sqft too tight? I want to avoid the high-price neighborhoods that won’t accommodate my needs.
