Hey everyone! I'm looking to downsize now that the kids have moved out, and I've got my eye on the Victoria St area in Toronto. I'm curious about rental prices and the overall vibe around there. Is it a safe neighborhood? How's the transit access? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
