Frustrated with landlord’s lease terms - need advice!

So I’ve been dealing with some seriously confusing lease terms, and my landlord keeps changing their mind on what’s included. I feel completely stuck! Can anyone share experiences with the LTB or if I can contest these unfair changes? I just want some clarity here!
