Stressed about rentals in Leslieville!

I’ve been eyeing Leslieville but I’m worried about the rental prices creeping up. It’s got such a cool vibe and amazing cafes, but are the apartments worth the price? Anyone found good deals recently, or should I just keep looking in the East End?
