This rental market is a nightmare – where's the justice?

Another rent increase? Seriously?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just saw a bachelor for $2800! It's like they think we're made of money. So sick of bidding wars and losing out on places I've seen get snatched within hours. This market is impossible!
